About This Leveling Mount - BNYLB24

Choose the BNYLB24 when a mid-weight unit on a finished floor needs the heavier 1/2-13 stud but the same floor-safe foot, a 2-inch nylon base on a 4-inch stud that carries more load without marring the surface.

The 1/2-13 thread is the only change from the lighter nylon mount, and it is the one that matters under more weight: coarser engagement holds the level setting on a heavier machine that would slowly back a smaller stud down. The nylon base still does its job, protecting tile or epoxy from the steel scuffing and rust that a bare foot brings to a clean room. A heavier machine on a steel pad also concentrates more pressure into a scratch; the nylon spreads it and leaves no track.

Ideal applications

• Mid-weight cabinet or rack leveled on a sealed retail floor
• Food-area stand on epoxy where steel marks fail inspection
• Equipment in a finished room that gets repositioned and re-leveled

Skip the BNYLB24 if the floor slopes under load; a fixed nylon pad rides an edge, so the swivel BSW-2 seats the full face flat.
