This is the roller bearing that carries a medium-duty caster wheel on its axle, sized 3/4-inch inside diameter by 1-3/16 inch outside diameter and 1-7/8 inches long to seat in a standard hub bore.
A wheel bearing is what turns a rolling caster into a dragging one when it goes: the rollers wear, the wheel starts to bind, and the extra effort either stalls the cart or chews up the axle. Swapping the bearing at the first sign of roughness restores the easy roll and saves the axle and hub from the heat a binding wheel builds. Match all three numbers, the bore, the outside diameter, and the length, to the original so the new bearing seats square and the wheel runs true.
