Choose this 6-inch wheel when a cart needs to carry heavy and still protect a finished floor, the combination where a phenolic wheel would mark and a poly-on-plastic wheel runs out of load.

The wheel bonds a polyurethane tread to a cast iron centre: the iron core carries the heavy load without the flex a plastic core shows, while the poly tread rolls non-marking and quieter than bare iron or phenolic. The roller bearing handles the weight under it. It is the answer for heavy transport on sealed concrete where the floor finish still matters.

Ideal applications

• Heavy transport and die carts on sealed concrete, finished floor
• Loaded production rigs needing high load and a non-marking tread, multi-shift
• Carts that outgrew poly-on-plastic wheels but cannot mark the floor

Skip the cast iron core if the load is moderate and weight matters; a HI-TECH poly-on-plastic wheel is lighter and easier to push at a lower rating.
