Order this 8-inch E-line swivel for a big cart that crosses rough floor and parks square at the end, the tall TPR caster whose total lock freezes the wheel and swivel while a precision ball bearing rolls the load in easy.

The 8-inch diameter bridges dock plates and floor breaks that stall a smaller wheel, and the precision ball bearing runs cool and true so a heavy cart rolls or tows with the least push. The total lock then pins the wheel and the swivel head so the parked cart holds square, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet, leaving no marks indoors.
