About This Caster - ES6X2TPR
Choose this 6-inch swivel for a cart that has to roll quietly and still get over rough or jointed floor, the mix where a smaller quiet wheel drops into every gap and a hard wheel just makes more noise.
The 6-inch diameter climbs over dock lips and floor breaks a smaller wheel stalls on, while the Pemco thermoplastic rubber tread on a polypropylene core keeps the roll quiet and soaks up the shock of each joint. The roller bearing carries the load. It is the E-line caster for larger carts that need both quiet and obstacle clearance.
Ideal applications
- Larger service carts crossing dock-to-floor joints, quiet duty
- Transport rigs on rough or patched concrete where noise matters, multi-shift
- Carts that stall on smaller wheels but cannot clatter, finished floor
Skip the rubber wheel if the load is heavy and concentrated; a TUM polyurethane or cast iron E-line wheel carries more where rubber would flatten.
