About This Caster - ER8X2CIR
Set this 8-inch cast iron rigid on the fixed corners of a heavy high-heat cart that has to clear rough ground and carry the most load.
At 8 inches, the largest in the E-Line, the cast iron wheel rolls expansion joints and broken concrete a smaller wheel jams on, and it holds up from -40 to 600°F for an oven, foundry, or heat-treat line where rubber or poly would fail. Being rigid it tracks straight behind the steering corners. The trade is a hard, noisy wheel that damages a soft floor, so it suits bare concrete. It runs on a roller bearing and bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate.

- Fixed corners of heavy 8-inch high-heat carts over rough ground
- Cast iron carrying the most load and rolling to 600°F
- Rigid tracking straight at the largest E-line size
