About This Caster - ER6X2PODDTBK

Set this 6-inch polypropylene rigid on a tall wash-down cart corner that rolls wet over rough ground with no greasing and has to park locked.

The all-plastic build is the point in a wet bay: the Delrin acetal bearing needs no grease and cannot rust, and the tread lock brake presses a pad onto the hard polypropylene tread to stop the wheel rolling once parked, holding the cart on a grade from a rigid corner. The wheel ignores water and cleaners, and at 6 inches it clears the worst thresholds. The hard wheel rides firm with no cushion. It bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate and holds from -45 to 180°F.
