Set this 5-inch rubber-on-iron rigid on the back corners of a medium-duty cart that wants a quiet, cushioned ride at a mid deck height.
The mold-on-rubber tread on a cast-iron core absorbs the shock of seams and rough floors and keeps the roll quiet, while the iron center carries the load. At 5 inches it sits between the compact 4-inch and the tall 6-inch, a balance of threshold clearance and a lower deck. Being rigid it tracks straight behind the steering corners, runs on a roller bearing, and bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate, holding from -40 to 180°F.

- Mold-on-rubber-on-iron cushioning a quiet ride at 5 inches
- Rigid tracking straight on a cushioned cast-iron wheel
To stop the wheel rolling once parked, the tread-lock ER5X2MORTBK adds a brake.
