About This Caster - ER4X2TPDB
Set this 4-inch rigid on the back corners of a hand-pushed cart in a quiet space, where a precision ball bearing keeps the push light and the soft tread runs silent and non-marking.
The wheel is Pemco's Thermo-Rubber donut tread on a polypropylene core: a soft grey thermoplastic rubber that rolls quiet, leaves no marks, and cushions floor seams and bumps. The precision ball bearing cuts the starting and rolling effort, so a loaded cart moves under hand power even with the higher drag of a soft tread, the rigid fork holds the line, and the low 4-inch deck bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.
