About This Caster - AS50T2TPU
Thread this 5-inch A-Line swivel into a thicker leg when the cart rolls a finished floor a black wheel would scuff.
The 1/2-13 stem at an inch and a half reaches through a thicker frame or double-nuts against vibration, the bolt-in mount for sturdier equipment built without a plate, and the thermo-urethane tread keeps the cart from marking sealed concrete or tile. The urethane rolls light on a precision ball bearing rather than a plain Delrin one, so the cart pushes easily, and the cast-iron core carries the load. The A-Line is rated to 350 pounds per caster from -45 to 180°F.
Ideal applications
- Thicker legs on a finished floor that must stay mark-free
- Long 1-1/2-inch stem with a quiet ball-bearing urethane wheel
- Double-nutted racks rolling sealed concrete and tile
For the tougher chemical-proof wheel on the same long stem, the polyolefin AS50T2POD trades the easy roll for chemical resistance.
