Put this 3.5-inch swivel under an exam-room stand with a shallow threaded boss that has to sit dead-still, where a short stem seats fully and a total lock pins it down.

Pemco builds the A-Line TPU as a thermo-urethane tread over a cast iron core, so the grey wheel leaves no marks and the iron hub carries the 350-lb load class without flat-spotting. The total-lock brake pins the wheel and the swivel together, so the stand sits still during an exam and will not creep, the short 1/2-13 by 1 inch threaded stem seats in a shallow boss, and the taller 3.5-inch wheel clears thresholds when it moves. The precision ball bearing keeps the roll easy, and the tread holds to 180°F.
