Choose this 3-1/2-inch A-Line swivel for a records or file cart that pauses at a row, the plate-mount TPR caster whose compact plate steers from a flat deck and stops on a side foot brake.

The small P1 plate bolts to a narrow file cart for a free-steering swivel, and the side brake is a foot lever that pins the wheel at a stop while a drawer is pulled. The 3-1/2-inch diameter clears a thicker floor strip than a 3-inch, the precision ball bearing turns smooth, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on an office floor.
