Choose this 3-inch A-Line swivel for a small instrument or utility cart that has to park dead still, the quiet TPR caster whose total lock pins both the wheel and the swivel so the cart will not creep or spin once it is set.

A total lock is the point here: it freezes the wheel and the swivel head together, which a light cart at a bench or bedside needs to stay put, and the 1/2-13 threaded stem screws firmly into a leg insert. The Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core rolls soft and quiet on tile and leaves no marks, the right touch for a clinic or office cart, and the precision ball bearing keeps the roll easy between stops.
