Put this 3-inch swivel under a tool cart that parks at a station and bolts to a wider hole pattern, where a side brake holds it and the larger plate spreads the mount.

This A-Line TPU from Pemco is a thermo-urethane tread on a cast iron core, a grey non-marking wheel that carries the 350-lb load class on the iron hub. A side-mounted foot brake locks the wheel with a tap so the tool cart holds at the station while the swivel still turns, the larger 3-1/8 by 4-1/8 inch top plate bolts to a wider bolt pattern, and the precision ball bearing keeps the roll light. The tread holds to 180°F.
