Put this 3-inch swivel under an AV cart that parks at a podium between sessions, where a side brake holds it in place and the non-marking wheel keeps the floor clean.

This A-Line wheel from Pemco is thermo-urethane bonded to a cast iron core, a grey tread that rolls non-marking and quiet while the iron center carries the load a hollow plastic wheel would flatten. A side-mounted foot brake locks the wheel with a tap so the cart holds at the podium while the swivel still turns to aim it, and the precision ball bearing keeps the roll light. The 2-5/8 by 3-3/4 inch top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the tread holds to 180°F.
