About This Caster - AS30H1PODTL

Put this 3-inch swivel under a wash-down utility cart that has to hold still on a slope while it's loaded, where the wheel takes the water and the total lock pins it down.

The Pemco A-Line POD wheel is polyolefin on a polypropylene core, a hard black tread that will not absorb water or rust through repeated hosing. The total-lock brake pins the wheel and the swivel together, so the cart sits dead-still on a slope or during loading and will not creep, and the Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free. It mounts on a 1/2-inch hollow kingpin that drops into a tube-frame cart, and the tread holds to 180°F. The ride is firmer than urethane.
