This is the Stainless Steel version of the common 3/4-inch caster wheel bearing, the same 3/4 ID by 1-3/16 OD by 1-7/8 length envelope as the standard part but built to survive washdown without rusting.
In a sanitary or wet bay a plated bearing is the quiet failure point: water reaches the rollers, rust forms in the races, and the wheel binds and seizes inside a caster that still looks serviceable. The stainless bearing shrugs off the daily hose-down, caustic, and humidity that destroy a carbon-steel bearing, so the wheel keeps rolling and the cart keeps moving. It is the direct drop-in upgrade for the P10008 envelope when the application turned out to be wetter than the original bearing could take.
