Specify this 4-inch swivel for a procedure or supply cart that has to track straight down a long corridor instead of crabbing sideways, while still swiveling freely when you need to turn it.
The directional lock holds the swivel straight without braking the wheel, so a loaded cart rolls in a straight line down the hall and drops back to full swivel with a tap of the pedal. Medcaster builds the Next Generation rig from glass-filled nylon, so it resists disinfectant and wash-down without rusting and runs maintenance-free, and the grey non-marking rubber tread on a polyolefin core rolls quietly over vinyl. The 4-inch wheel keeps the deck low, and the precision ball bearing keeps the push light.
