At 3 inches it keeps the equipment low while the grey non-marking rubber tread on a polyolefin core rolls quietly on hospital vinyl and leaves no marks. The precision bearing keeps the small wheel rolling smoothly, and the top plate bolts to a flat equipment frame. It is the compact, plain-swivel building block of a medical cart.
