About This Caster - CH-04TPP-125-SW-TP01
Choose this 4-inch Chrome Hospital swivel for a standard crash cart or monitor cart that has to maneuver freely and clear a door threshold.
Four inches is the workhorse size for hospital carts: it rolls over cords, mats, and elevator gaps a 3-inch catches on while keeping the deck at a comfortable working height, and the swivel lets it turn into a room without arcing. The soft rubber tread on a polyolefin core rolls quiet and cushions the vibration that unsettles instruments or a patient, staying non-marking grey. The chrome finish wipes clean and resists disinfectant corrosion, on a four-bolt top plate, holding from -30 to 180°F.
