About This Caster - 127-3SB B&N
Choose this 3-inch braked rubber swivel for a cart that moves through quiet, finished spaces and then has to be parked, where the priority is a soft non-marking roll plus a wheel brake.
The soft rubber tread rolls quietly over finished floors and absorbs floor-seam noise where a hard wheel would clatter, and the tread-lock brake clamps the wheel to hold the cart in place. The top plate bolts to a flat cart frame. It is the quiet, braked institutional swivel for occupied spaces.

- Light institutional rigs that roll quietly then brake, sealed concrete
- Carts where rolling noise and floor marks get noticed, single-shift
