About This Caster - D4.08108.551 SS
Use this 8-inch Defender D4 rigid for a quiet cart that must ride over the roughest floors with the least effort, grease-free.
The tallest 8-inch round-tread Performa rubber wheel bridges the widest cracks and clears the biggest obstacles while staying quiet and non-marking, its round profile keeping rolling resistance low. The Delrin plain bearing runs grease-free and corrosion-proof, on a stainless steel frame for corrosion. Soft rubber keeps the load class modest, so this is the quiet, easy-rolling, low-upkeep choice for the worst floors. Rigid means it tracks straight at the rear. It serves from -45 to 180°F.
