Choose this 6-inch Defender D4 swivel when a heavy chemical-area cart steers on a strong wheel, clears thresholds, and rolls at a fair clip.
The swivel head guides the cart through tight spaces, with a 4.875-inch swivel radius to allow, and the heavy-duty glass-filled nylon wheel takes heavy point loads while resisting chemicals and moisture without absorbing water. The pedestal precision ball bearing keeps both wheel and swivel turning smoothly on faster, frequent trips and tow lines. The taller 6-inch wheel clears door tracks and joints with the least effort, on a stainless steel frame for corrosion. Glass-filled nylon is hard with no cushioning and can scratch a soft floor. It serves from -20 to 180°F.
