About This Caster - D4.06109.559 SS WB29
Pick this 6-inch Defender D4 swivel when a quiet, non-marking cart steers while carrying near the top of the soft-rubber range, moved slowly over thresholds.
The swivel head steers the front of the cart, with a 4.875-inch swivel radius to allow, while the roller bearing gives that swivel the highest capacity of the three bearings at a slow pace. The round-tread Performa wheel swivels easily and rolls quietly while protecting finished floors. The taller 6-inch wheel clears door tracks and joints with the least effort, on a stainless steel frame for corrosion. Even with the roller bearing, soft rubber tops out below a hard wheel, so this is for noise-sensitive areas maneuvering a heavier cart. It serves from -45 to 180°F.
