Choose this 6-inch Defender D4 rigid when a warm chemical-area cart clears thresholds on a heat-grade nylon wheel with no bearing upkeep.
The hi-temp glass-filled nylon wheel is a glass-fiber-reinforced tread built for strength and heat resistance, standing up to chemicals and moisture without absorbing water, and the Delrin plain bearing runs grease-free and corrosion-proof. The taller 6-inch wheel rolls over door tracks and joints with the least effort, on a stainless steel frame for corrosion. Glass-filled nylon is hard with no cushioning and can mark a soft floor. Rigid means it tracks straight at the rear. It serves across the listed range from -20 to 180°F.
