Choose this 5-inch polyurethane swivel with the ball bearing and expanding adapter stem for the heaviest round-tube cart in the fleet, the ball race that handles the top of the load range and the MTG46 sleeve cut for its own large bore.
This is the high-capacity end of the polyurethane expanding-stem run: the ball bearing handles the heaviest rated load and still rolls under a full cart, the HI-TECH tread carries that weight without flat-spotting, and the MTG46 sleeve clamps a larger round leg with no weld than the MTG44 grips. The tall 5-inch wheel clears the biggest thresholds. Confirm the MTG46 sleeve matches your tube ID before you order. It is the high-capacity easy-rolling round-tube polyurethane swivel for the heaviest tube-frame cart.
