Specify this 5-inch round-tread Performa rubber swivel with the ball bearing, total lock brake, and expanding adapter stem for a round-tube stock cart that turns through pick faces and must park dead still, the crowned tread that swivels light and the total lock that pins both the wheel and the swivel.
The MTG46 sleeve grips a tube ID a step from the MTG42 size, the crowned round tread breaks away with less scrub so a stock cart spins down a pick line, the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel so it neither rolls nor turns once parked at a face, and the ball bearing rolls it easy while you move it. The expanding adapter clamps the round leg with no weld. Confirm the MTG46 sleeve matches your tube ID before you order. It is the size-matched fully-locking round-tread round-tube rubber swivel for a tube-frame stock cart.
