The MTG43 sleeve grips a tube ID a step from the MTG42 size, the expanding adapter clamps the round leg with no weld, the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel so the cart neither rolls nor turns once parked, and the tall 5-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load and clears the biggest thresholds. Confirm the MTG43 sleeve matches your tube ID before you order. It is the size-matched fully-locking tall round-tube rubber swivel for a tube-frame cart that must hold its spot.
