The 3/4-10 thread is the largest stem in this family, so it holds a heavy frame in a deep boss, the one-and-three-quarter-inch length seats for a solid grip, the ball bearing rolls the load with less push than a Delrin bore, and the 4-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load and clears thresholds.
