Choose this 4-inch Performa rubber swivel with the modular hollow-rivet stem for a cart whose legs are open round tube, the caster that presses into the tube end without a plate or a tapped thread.
The 1/2-inch modular stem is the reason to pick this version: it expands into an open round tube leg and locks with no welding, drilling, or threading, which is how many institutional carts and racks are built. The soft Grey Performa rubber tread keeps the cart quiet and non-marking, the 2 Series standard, and the ball bearing carries the busy duty.
