Specify this 3-inch polyurethane swivel with the plain bearing, top lock brake, and top plate for a heavier flat-framed cart that parks at a station, the tough HI-TECH Maroon tread that carries more than rubber and the brake that pins the wheel where you set it.
The HI-TECH polyurethane tread carries a heavier load than rubber and rolls away without a flat, the top lock brake stops the wheel so the cart holds at a bench, the plate bolts to a flat frame, the 3-inch wheel keeps the deck low, and the wheel stays non-marking on a finished floor. Confirm your bolt pattern matches the 3-5/8 by 2-1/2 inch plate before you order. It is the tough braked polyurethane plate swivel for a heavier flat-framed cart that parks loaded.
