Specify this 3.5-inch polyurethane swivel with the ball bearing, top lock brake, and expanding adapter stem for a heavier round-tube cart that parks at a station, the tough HI-TECH Maroon tread that carries more than rubber and the MTG46 sleeve that grips the tube ID from inside.
Where a soft rubber wheel would flat-spot under a parked load, the HI-TECH polyurethane tread carries the heavier cart and rolls back clean, the expanding adapter clamps the round leg with no weld, the ball bearing rolls the load easy, and the top lock brake stops the wheel at a station. Confirm the MTG46 sleeve matches your tube ID before you order. It is the tough braked round-tube polyurethane swivel for a heavier tube-frame cart.
