Specify this 3.5-inch polyurethane swivel with the ball bearing, total lock brake, and top plate for a busy heavier flat-framed cart that must park dead still, the ball bearing that rolls the load easy and the total lock that pins both the wheel and the swivel.
The ball bearing rolls a loaded cart easy while you move it, the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel so the cart neither rolls nor turns when you step on it, the HI-TECH polyurethane tread resists flat-spotting and shop oils, and the plate bolts to a flat frame. Confirm your bolt pattern matches the 3-5/8 by 2-1/2 inch plate before you order. It is the tough easy-rolling fully-locking polyurethane swivel for a busy flat-framed cart that must hold its spot.
