About This Caster - 2.03256.52 HT MTG59
Bolt this 3.5-inch glass-filled nylon swivel with the plain bearing and oversized 4-1/8 by 3-1/8 inch plate to a heavier oven rack drilled for the larger pattern, the high-heat Brown wheel rated to roughly 480 degrees and the bigger plate that spreads the rack load on more steel.
Glass-filled nylon holds its capacity at heat that softens rubber, so the wheel rolls through ovens and heat tunnels, the plain bore takes the temperature where a packed bearing would fail, and the oversized 4-1/8 by 3-1/8 inch plate spreads a heavier rack load over more deck than the standard plate. The hard wheel rolls easy but passes more shock. Confirm your frame is drilled for the 4-1/8 by 3-1/8 pattern and check your temperature before you order. It is the high-heat oversized-plate glass-filled nylon swivel for a heavier oven rack.
