Specify this 3.5-inch Performa rubber swivel with the Delrin bearing, total lock brake, and square 3-1/2 by 3-1/2 inch top plate for a square-framed cart that must park dead still, the symmetric plate that matches a square-drilled frame and the total lock that pins both the wheel and the swivel.
The square plate seats on a square-drilled frame in any orientation, the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel so the cart neither rolls nor turns when parked, the Performa rubber tread cushions the load and leaves no mark, and the Delrin bearing rolls dry with nothing to grease. Confirm your bolt pattern matches the square 3-1/2 inch plate before you order. It is the fully-locking square-plate rubber swivel for a square-framed cart that must hold its spot.
