About This Caster - 2.03208.565 COND
Specify this 3.5-inch conductive round-tread Performa rubber rigid caster with the ball bearing and top plate where a cart must both start easy and shed static, the carbon-loaded crowned tread that drains charge to ground and the narrower contact that breaks away with less push.
The conductive compound gives static a path from the load through the caster to a grounded floor, the crowned round tread keeps the contact patch small so the cart breaks away with less effort, the ball bearing rolls the load easy, and the rigid yoke tracks straight behind the swivels. You get both the static control and the light start in one wheel. A conductive caster needs a conductive, grounded floor to work, so confirm your floor before you order. It is the static-draining round-tread rubber rigid for a sensitive start-and-stop cart.

- Back corner that tracks straight on a grounded conductive surface
