About This Caster - 2.02254.445 COND MTG12 BRK1
Specify this 2.5-inch conductive Performa rubber swivel with the top lock brake and fine 1/2-20 stem for the parking corner of a vibrating solvent-room cart, the caster that prevents a static spark, grips against shake, and locks the wheel still.
The conductive tread bleeds charge off the cart so it cannot spark in a solvent area, the fine 1/2-20 thread resists backing out under vibration, and the top lock brake stops the wheel so the cart holds at a station. The wheel keeps the quiet, non-marking Performa ride on a ball bearing. At 2.5 inches it keeps a low deck. It is the static-safe vibration-resistant braked corner for a solvent-room cart on a fine-tapped leg.
