About This Caster - 2.02254.445 COND MTG10
Choose this 2.5-inch conductive Performa rubber swivel with the short 1/2-13 x 3/4 stem for an electronics-assembly cart on a shallow-tapped leg, the caster whose conductive tread drains static to ground while its stud seats flush in a short socket.
The conductive tread carries a controlled electrical path that bleeds static off the cart so it cannot discharge into ESD-sensitive boards, and the 3/4-inch 1/2-13 stud seats fully in a short coarse-tapped boss. The wheel keeps the soft, quiet, non-marking Performa ride on a ball bearing. At 2.5 inches it stays maneuverable. It is the static-draining steering caster for an electronics cart on a short coarse-tapped leg.
