About This Wheel - SPO 75/15K
Fit this 75mm nylon wheel to a tight-clearance cart that gets moved often and needs an easy, low-effort roll on a smooth floor.
The wheel is solid nylon 6 at hardness 70 Shore D, hard and impact resistant, resistant to water and chemicals, and rolling with low resistance. The difference from the plain-bore version is the ball bearing: it spins more freely under load, so a cart that is pushed and parked many times a day starts easier and tracks with less effort. As a hard wheel it gives no cushioning and suits smooth concrete rather than rough or delicate floors. It takes a 15mm axle and holds from -4 to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- 75mm ball-bearing nylon wheel under a frequently moved cart
- 32mm hard tread on a 15mm axle for low-effort steering
- Smooth-rolling nylon wheel for a busy smooth-floor work cell
For a simpler, economical mount, the plain-bore SPO 75/15G suits lighter, occasional moves.
