About This Wheel - SPO 75/15G
Fit this 75mm nylon wheel to an instrument dolly or light parts cart that runs on a 15mm axle over a smooth floor.
The wheel is solid nylon 6 at hardness 70 Shore D, hard and impact resistant, so it rolls easily with low resistance and resists water, oils, and chemicals that would degrade a softer tyre. Because the material is hard it carries weight well but offers no cushioning, which means more noise and shock transfer than rubber and a fit for smooth concrete rather than rough or finished floors. It runs on a plain bore for economical, lighter-duty service and takes a 15mm axle, one step thicker than the 12mm version. It holds from -13 to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- 75mm plain-bore nylon wheel under an instrument dolly
- 32mm hard tread on a 15mm axle for a light parts cart
- Oil-resistant nylon wheel rolling easily on smooth concrete
For a smoother roll under load, the ball-bearing SPO 75/15K eases frequent moves.
