About This Wheel - SPO 200/20K
Fit this 200mm nylon wheel to a heavy cart in constant service that has to roll over obstacles with the least possible push effort.
The wheel is solid nylon 6 at hardness 70 Shore D, hard, impact resistant, and chemical resistant, with low rolling resistance under heavy loads. Its ball bearing spins freely so a heavy cart that is moved repeatedly starts and tracks with far less effort than one on a plain bore, which matters most at this size and weight. As a hard wheel it gives no cushioning and runs best on smooth concrete, not rough or finished floors. At 200mm it clears joints and debris, takes a 20mm axle, and holds from -4 to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- 200mm ball-bearing nylon wheel under a heavy moving cart
- 50mm hard tread on a 20mm axle for low-effort heavy moves
- Smooth-rolling high-capacity nylon wheel on smooth concrete
For a simpler, economical mount, the plain-bore SPO 200/20G suits occasional moves.
