About This Wheel - SPO 125/20G
Fit this 125mm nylon wheel where the cart runs on a thicker 20mm axle and rolls on a smooth floor.
The wheel is solid nylon 6 at hardness 70 Shore D, hard and impact resistant, with low rolling resistance and resistance to oils, water, and chemicals. It matches the 125mm by 40mm size of the standard wheel but its bore is sized for a 20mm axle rather than 15mm, so it seats on a heavier shaft without packing or adapters. As a hard wheel it gives no cushioning and suits smooth concrete rather than rough or sensitive floors. It rides on a plain bore for economical service and holds from -13 to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- 125mm nylon wheel on a thicker 20mm axle bore
- 40mm hard tread plain-bore for a heavier-shaft cart
- Chemical-resistant nylon wheel seated on a 20mm shaft
For a thinner 15mm axle on the same wheel, the SPO 125/15G fits a lighter shaft.
