About This Wheel - POSI 125/12G
Choose this 125mm Blickle POSI wheel when fragile loads travel through high heat and need a larger cushioned wheel for smoother rolling.
The tread is a highly heat-resistant silicone rubber, Blickle TempLine Comfort, which takes heat up to 482°F yet stays soft and highly elastic, so it cushions and absorbs shock where a hard phenolic or thermoplastic heat wheel would jolt the load. At 125mm it rolls more smoothly over thresholds and floor joints than the 100mm size, suiting larger bakery racks, oven trolleys, and heat-treatment carts with delicate product. The synthetic centre is heat-resistant, and it runs on a plain bore bushing with no packed grease to fail. Because the silicone tread is black, it may leave marks on light flooring. It holds from -13 to 482°F.
