About This Wheel - POHI 200/20G
Choose this 200mm wheel when the cart rides into an oven or a drying line and comes back out, the duty that destroys an ordinary rubber or polyurethane wheel the first time the tread softens and takes a flat at temperature.
It survives because the wheel is solid Blickle TempLine heat-resistant thermoplastic at 85 Shore D, rated to a continuous 482°F with brief oven excursions higher. Where an elastomer tread melts or deforms, the thermoplastic holds its round and keeps rolling, so a rack does not seize mid-line. It runs on a plain bore for slow, hot, low-speed travel rather than fast transport.
Ideal applications
- Bakery and commercial oven racks rolled through the bake cycle, repeated hot/cold swings
- Powder-coat and paint cure-oven carts, sustained high ambient
- Heat-treat and drying-line transfer racks, low-speed hot travel
Skip TempLine if the floor is cold and the load is shock-prone; at 85 Shore D this wheel is hard and transmits impact rather than absorbing it, so a cold-side cart wants a Blickle EasyRoll rubber wheel for cushioned, quiet rolling instead.
