About This Wheel - POA 35/8G
Fit this 35mm nylon wheel into the tightest, lowest frame on an 8mm axle that still needs a hard, durable tread.
At 35mm it is the smallest wheel here, sitting a deck as close to the floor as the POA range goes and tucking under a low drawer or apparatus base. The wheel is solid high-quality nylon 6 at 70 Shore D, hard and abrasion-resistant, with low rolling resistance and immunity to moisture and chemicals, holding from -13 to 176°F. It runs on an 8mm plain bore. A small wheel needs a clear, flat floor; it will stall against a seam a taller wheel rolls over.
Ideal applications
- The lowest deck a hard nylon wheel can carry, 35mm
- Tight frames under a drawer or apparatus base, 8mm axle
- Smooth flat floors where a small hard wheel rolls clean
For more roll-over on a low cart, the 50mm POA 50/8G clears a seam easier.
