About This Wheel - POA 100/8K
Use this 100mm nylon wheel on a cart that is moved often and rides an 8mm axle, where a ball bearing keeps the hard wheel turning lightly.
The ball bearing cuts the push effort on a wheel that turns many times per trip, so a loaded cart rolls and steers light where a plain bore would drag, which suits frequent-move duty. The 100mm diameter clears thresholds, and the wheel is solid high-quality nylon 6 at 70 Shore D, hard and abrasion-resistant, immune to moisture and chemicals, holding from -4 to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- 100mm wheels on an 8mm axle moved many times a shift
- Ball-bearing roll that stays light on a hard nylon wheel
- Frequent-move carts clearing seams on a smooth floor
For occasional duty at lower cost, the plain-bore POA 100/12G drops the ball bearing on a 12mm bore.
