About This Wheel - PO 80/8KA
Choose this 80mm nylon wheel for a compact cart on an 8mm axle that needs an easy push and a high load on a hard floor.
At 80mm the wheel keeps a frame low while the hard nylon 6 at 70 Shore D carries a high load and rolls with very low resistance on a smooth floor. The 8mm ball bearing keeps the push light and a synthetic thread guard keeps fibre out of the race. Nylon ignores water and chemicals, the trade being a hard ride that can damage a soft floor. It holds from -4 to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- 80mm compact carts on an 8mm axle, low deck, hard floors
- Ball-bearing 80mm nylon, high load, very low rolling resistance
- Chemical-proof wheel with a thread-guarded race
For a plain bore and a 12mm axle on the same 80mm wheel, the PO 80/12G is the economical option.
