Order this 125mm nylon wheel by its 127 number when a heavier cart on a 20mm axle wants the widest tread to spread the load.
The 127 carries a 50mm tread, wider than the standard 125mm wheel's 40mm, so it spreads a heavy load over a broad contact patch and keeps floor pressure down. The 20mm bore seats the thickest, stiffest axle for the highest load, and the hard nylon 6 at 70 Shore D rolls with low resistance on a smooth floor on its ball bearing. Nylon ignores water and chemicals, the trade being a hard ride that can damage a soft floor. It holds from -4 to 176°F.

- 125mm heavier carts on a 20mm axle wanting the widest tread
- Wide 50mm nylon tread spreading a heavy load over more contact
- High-load chemical-proof wheel with a ball bearing, hard floors
For the standard 40mm tread on a 20mm plain bore, the PO 125/20G is the narrower, plain-bore part.
