About This Wheel - PO 125/12G
Step up to this 125mm nylon wheel when a 100mm bottoms out on a dock lip and the cart runs a 12mm axle with a high load on a hard floor.
Five inches of diameter rolls a threshold and a deep elevator gap that stops a 100mm and lowers rolling effort on a long run, while the hard nylon 6 at 70 Shore D carries a high load and rolls with low resistance on a smooth floor. A plain bore rides direct on the 12mm axle with no bearing, the economy pick. Nylon ignores water and chemicals, the trade being a hard ride that can damage a soft floor. This colder-rated grade holds down to -13°F up to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- 125mm carts on a 12mm axle crossing dock lips, hard floors
- Plain 12mm bore economy one diameter up from the 100mm
- High-load chemical-proof nylon rated to -13°F
For a ball bearing and lighter daily push at this diameter, the 10mm PO 125/10KA rolls easier.
