About This Wheel - PHN 200/20G
Choose this 200mm Blickle PHN phenolic wheel when a wheel has to carry heavy loads through high heat that would melt rubber or plastic.
The wheel is a Blickle TempLine Classic phenolic resin, a hard thermoset compound rated to handle up to 446°F, which fits oven and kiln carts, baking lines, and heat-treatment work. It carries very high static loads, so it holds up well under heavy equipment that sits and bakes, and it rolls easily on smooth floors. It runs on a plain bore bushing rather than a sealed bearing, because a bushing has no packed grease to break down at high temperatures. As a hard black wheel it offers no cushioning, transmits shock, may mark, and belongs on smooth hard floors. It holds from -22 to 446°F.
